At L1 = L2 4-5-mm disc bulge is demonstrated this effaces the ventral thecal sac. Sinal canal measures 13 mm AP. Mild foraminal stenosis id demonstrated. Right foramen is patent. What does this mean?

Hello
It means that you have discs sticking out.
They are not pressing on the spinal cord...but are getting closer to that.
This needs physical therapy.
