This is Dr. David

this type of twitching can be from benign fasciculations

which can occur if you have bad anxiety or dehydration or low potassium levels or excessive fatigue from lack of sleep.

do you have a history of excessive anxiety?

where are these muscles twitching?

Worry
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.
ALS is very rare

benign fasciculations are very common

it does sound like you have excessive anxiety and worry symptoms

this can cause benign fasciculations of your muscles.

I bet you don't have ALS

ALS takes away your ability to walk and talk.
