Customer Question

I have tingling in my hands, feet and face. The front of my head feels numb. I have had a migraine today. I got pretty sick and out of it. ( dry heaving, muscle weakness, couldn't answer when I wanted to join a conversation, couldn't walk, etc). Vision appears like things are foggy.
