Hello from JustAnswer.
Are you taking any chronic medicines?
Expert:  Dr. D. Love replied 1 year ago.
The description of your symptoms suggests that the underlying cause may be from the amount of stress or anxiety that is present.
There are several options that can be tried at home to help with these symptoms. It can help to use lifestyle interventions to help relief tress, including regular exercise, and self-relaxation techniques, such as yoga or controlled breathing exercises. It also may help to use a sedating antihistamine or certain herbal supplements, valerian root or passion flower. These can help ease stress or anxiety symptoms. However, there should be some consideration of what medicines are currently being taken, if any, before considering these options, which is why I asked for this above.
