Hello and thank you for your question.
Based on your imaging test did you have a CT scan or MRI
This result is of a CT scan or MRI?
The result was after my cat scan.
My doctor ordered my cat scan after they had seen something on my MRI. She put down on the cat scan order possible acoustic neuroma.
Is there somewhere I can find out how you get a bone cyst there? Thanks. I see my neurologist as I suffer from hemiplegic migraines, and other types of migraines. Have a lot of issues with balance.
You need to see an ENT surgeon and not a neurologist. A cyst is an epithelial layer on the outside filled with the products that the epithelial layer can produce. A benign ear tumor can be any growth arising from tissues in the external ear canal, the eardrum, or the middle ear space.
Repeated exposure to cold water may increase the risk of benign bony tumors of the ear canal.
