Hello and thank you for your question. When did this start? what part of our arm is effected? Do you have any medical problems?

i got no medical problems this statred last week and i suffer a lot of fatiqui

no

is there neck pain?

when i tilt my neck back i feel this vibrating string in my left arm

yes a bit of stiff nect today

most likely it is from a small henriated (slipped) disk in the neck)

usually not much to do for it. If getting worse can try NSAID medication like ibuprofen or naproxen

heat pack to he neck may help a little too

is there no mucsle relaxing medication i can take

there is. metaxalone for example

it may or may not help and could cause a little fatigue also

diazepam can help a little also (it's both a stress medication and muscle relaxant)
