Right now I am on Diflunisal 500mg once ev 8 hrs
okay. As you have neuropathic pain you should request your doctor to prescribe you medication like lyrica.
Also prednisone 50 mg every day andlorazeoam 2mg 2 at bedtime
Moreover you also need physical therapy along with medications to relieve the pressure on the nerve
Is lyrica a pain med?
yes it is a pain medication for the neuropathic pain that you are experiencing.
Drowziness, constipation are common side effects so you need to take it at bedtime.
