I had a fall two years ago and bumped the left side of my head. It took along time to heal. My question is could that fall have anything to do
with my memory problems today? Having difficulty remembering things, conversations ect.

Dr. Garg :

Did you lose consciousness?

Dr. Garg :

Did you have any imaging? CT or MRI?

Dr. Garg :

Please let me know what type of work up has been done and I'd be happy to help

Customer:

would you rather speak to me in person? XXXXXXXXXX

Customer:

No I did not have an MI or CT done.

Customer:

yes, thank you.

You MAY have had a mild case of traumatic brain injury becuase of the fall and as a result have symptoms however its hard to say as there could be many causes of yoru symptoms. The first step would be to go to yoru regular doctor and explain your symptoms.He/She would pursue imaging and depending on those results, possibly suggest a neuropsych testing. Based on the neuropsych testing + imaging, they'd be able to better tell if it was because of the fall.
