Does morphine interact with microvascular brain disease

Does morphine interact with microvascular brain disease

No, the use of the morphine daily should not have any significant impact over the long term of your microvascular brain disease.

This "disease" is an issue with the long term (over the course of years) injury to the blood vessels in the brain, from things such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking...and is not going to worsen (or get better) simply because of the morphine.

While other issues (such as uncontrolled high blood pressure) would be a risk for worsening, that would be entirely separate with the morphine.
