could be generalized fasciculations be early als?or generalized

could be generalized fasciculations be early als?or generalized fasciculations appear in late stage?

Hello.

Fasciculations can be seen early on in ALS, however weakness in one limb such as hand weakness or foot weakness is much more common.

Issues with coordination or dexterity in the limbs is also common.

Fasciculations can be seen, but are more prevalent as the disease progresses.

yes, but the fasciculations may be generalized from the begining or isolated?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

the fasciculations are generalized or isolated to the affect group muscle?

,

The fasciculations would be in the muscle groups involved.

So, early on, if they are present, they would only be in certain muscles.

As the disease progresses (and all of the muscles become weakened), they will be everywhere.
