Four years ago, I began to have painful burning in my feet. Now it has spread to my lower legs. My right foot has developed some numbness, and I have tingling, not burning, in both arms, particularly radiating from my right biceps. I am not diabetic. Fortunately, I have no symptoms when lying down and no trouble sleeping. I am 73 years old and am on my feet almost all day taking care of my 83-year-old husband who has multiple myeloma. I saw a neurologist two years ago who offered Lyrica, but I declined. I have two questions: Could the 40 mgs of Lipitor I take daily cause my neuropathy? And, could I be helped by the internet docs who offer Neuropathy supplements with Vitamins B1 & B12 and Alpha Lipoic Acid? Thank you, Dorothy
