this sounds urgent to me, lets talk about it for one second, can you take an aspirin

the pain is usually not sharp though

the pain if sharp in the neck is usually neck pain or "wry neck"

are you having a mechanical imput to your pain, meaning if you roll your neck around does it make a difference

roll your head around, touch your shoulders with your ears, etc

not good, can you get an aspirin?

are you short of breath, breathing shallow?

did you feel any palpitations?

pounding in your chest

could this have been heartburn in the setting of anxiety? do you have GERD?

do you burp, have reflux?

gall bladder disease, are you overweight?

diabetic?

I think you have to go and get this checked out, sorry but you can't ignor this

if you are having what you just told me yes

it can be a heaviness or fullness of pressure on your chest.
