Is there anything I can do, eat, drink to repair damaged nerve

Resolved Question:

Is there anything I can do, eat, drink to repair damaged nerve sheaths in my hands/fingers, feet/toes after they were damaged a year ago with chemotherapy?
I have tried, mustard greens (raw), nuts, yogurt, soy milk, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tuna/salmon etc. for months, nothing has helped.

unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. this nerve damage is essentially irreversible.

healthy lifestyle and raw/vegan/pescaterian nutrition is important to prevent further neuropathy but it will not reverse it.

since you don't mention red meat you need to make sure you get enough vit B12 with your diet with supplements because deficiency can damage nerves.
