All of your surgeries were on tendons and ligaments. I wish I could help, but I know nothing about hand surgery. Probably no one except a hand surgeon can answer your questions. I don't think that Justanswer has a hand surgeon or a orthopedist.

Thank you. If you go to a different medical area say 50 miles away and see another hand surgeon for a second opinion you would probably get a good opinion. Be sure it is a Hand specialist orthopedic surgeon.
