Do you have pain that is radiating into the shoulders, or into the arms?

Have you ever had imaging of your neck?

Yes
Sorry, I asked two questions:

Do you have pain that is radiating into the shoulders, or into the arms?

Have you ever had imaging of your neck?

Which one of those was your "yes" answer addressing?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Yes pain radiates to shoulders, never had imaging of neck
OK.

What you seem to be describing is cervical radiculopathy:

which is a pinched nerve in your neck, that can cause pain that radiates into the shoulders.

If this pain should not improve on its own, over the next few weeks, most doctors would then order a MRI of the cervical spine to evaluate this.
