I would need to see photos, measurements and all numbers and letters written in piano

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am trying to determine the value to privately purchase a 1923 Steinway M with serial numbers 221417 and the number 1 0/2. 0 3941 stamped on the plate by the tuning pins as well as the company name on the keyboard end of the plate. The workings are in original condition but has been re-tuned often, the action reconditioned, regulated and voiced and has had the lid refinished. I believe it is natural walnut and has a few small dings . Size is 5'7" X 57 3/4". No photos available.

I need good photographs with details because the value range is too great without them.

I still have no answer to my request even though I've sent what you requested. I've also been charged for your services and have received nothing. What is going on?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Either answer my question or refund all the money I've spent so far.
