I do not have a picture of the cello. Is a picture needed to give an appraisal?
Expert:  Wayne replied 1 year ago.

Hi,

I would prefer to see this but, I can give you an accurate value without a photo. This is a Stradivarius copy. "Made in Germany" means this was made for the American market. These are usually high quality Cellos made to the same specs. as the original Strats. This would sell for $1000-1500 at auction and Retail value or Insurance value is $2000.

Thank you,

Wayne
