Hi, thank you for your question! I have completed thousands of musical instrument appraisals and will be happy to help with yours.
The serial dates your piano to a build year of 1971. Hamilton pianos were a line of pianos built by Baldwin which were lower in price and most were uprights. At 45" tall this is a standard studio upright size which is a nice size for an upright. Shorter uprights compromise size for tone and volume. Assuming good condition and regular tuning, I would recommend a selling range of approximately $700-$1,100. Best wishes!
