What is the height and when was it tuned last?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It is appx 451/2 inches high. It's been many years since it's been tuned

Very sorry for the delayed reply--for some reason my emails were not coming through.
Your piano was built in 1940 based on the serial. At 45" tall this is a studio upright which is a standard size. Because of the age of the piano and lack of regular maintenance, the value will be on the lower end. Pianos lose value as they age and the mechanical parts wear. Based on your description as well as the used market, you should expect to sell for approximately $500-$800 in a private sale. Best wishes!
I would appreciate your positive rating of my service, it really helps me out. Thanks!
