I actually have several questions....
1) Common stock for a firm that paid a $1.07 dividend last year. The dividends are expected to grow at a rate of 4.8% per year into the foreseeable future. The price of this stock is now $25.14.
The cost of capital from the common equity is____% (round to two decimals)

its not that there is a huge amount of work, there is just information tables that go along with the question...if you do not want to continue this, I will understand, but I do not know another way to provide the needed information without doing a screen shot.
