Hi Carlos and welcome to the site, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.

Initially, are you able to turn the engine manually even 1 revolution ?

When the "...Replaced...starter..." was performed, were the starter idler gear(s) checked to be meshing cleanly ?

Have you inspected the starter clutch? ...can it be freely rotated clockwise and counterclockwise?

On "...starter clutch...freely rotated clockwise and counterclockwise..."; if yes, then it would have an issue / be defective.

A starter clutch as its function requires should only be able to run freely 1-way and not the other way. The other way should be engaging the crankshaft hence the action of cranking the engine.
