I have a 2000 Polaris xplorer and cant get the needed blue fire it wont start

Hi and welcome to the site, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.

Initially, let's review the basics. Proposed preliminary checks (if have not been done) :

  • • re-inspect the battery, its ground lines and/or re-check and re-clean the battery cables + terminals, connectors and wiring ;
  • • more importantly, have the battery externally charged; and
  • • then also have the battery LOAD TESTed (even if new/charged and just for the purpose of eliminating it as a suspect);
  • • remove the spark plug after attempting a start and determine if it did get wet with fuel;
  • • change the spark plug.

WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING U SAID ALREADY STILL NO START OR BLUE SPARK JUST ADDED NEW COIL

Secondary checks (again if have not been done) :

  • presence of low pulsating voltage from the CDI trigger coil;
  • and high pulsating voltage from the CDI charge coils;
  • both of the above when attempting to start;
  • kill wire;
  • speed limiter.
