My led lites won't turn off, on flash mode and key fob may

Customer Question

my led lites won't turn off, on flash mode and key fob may have a dead battery but which is the on button the red or grey one and do i hold it down for 5 seconds? I have no instructions with my custom 2004 turbo V rod
JA: Did you test the battery with a voltmeter? And have you ever changed one before?
Customer: no
JA: Are you fixing your Turbo yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: no and I don't know anything about fixing bikes
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I know my battery will die if I don't switch these lites off but if the key fob is malfunctioning can I do something with the ignition and turn signals like you do for the alarm disarming routine?

it seems you have a non-HD security system.

the HD security FOB has a single button. no gray and no red.

you will need to contact the builder of your custom vrod to find out what he used for a security system. there are many aftermarket systems available.

let me know if you need more help.

if not, please leave a POSITIVE RATING.

thank you,

Steve
