My 2003 Heritage Softail will not start. Battery and starter

Customer Question

My 2003 Heritage Softail will not start. Battery and starter are strong. Seems to be a fuel issue. Can the security system create a problem. The engine warning light ( red ) illuminates continuously also. never had done that before either..Thanks!
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: The small engine icon light within the Tach
JA: Are you fixing your Heritage yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes.. After charging the battery for a couple days, the problem began
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I thinks that's all..Thanks
