My husband was riding his 03 down I5 when it sputtered

Customer Question

my husband was riding his 03 down I5 when it sputtered seemed to run out of fuel, apparently it is equipped with a vacuum fuel line/petcock? He cannot start the bike and it is not out of fuel, is there an easy fix so that I don't have to hook up my trailer and go get him?
