How do I ohm out a regulator on 2012 road glide custom it has 4.2 ohms on stater side and 3.3 on regulator side is it good I have a voltage drop no charging sometimes then it's fine at 14 volt at other times 10 volt then dead

"OHMING" the regulator won't always tell you anything useful.

I can help you with a charging system issue, but I need more information.

measure the battery voltage under the following conditions:

- ignition OFF


- ignition ON


- with the start button depressed.


- with the engine at about 2,000 rpm (fast idle)
