I have honda scooter 2005, suddenly in the middle of my

I have honda scooter 2005 , suddenly in the middle of my drive on the high way , the engine stopped working:
I checked it
-There is a spark in the PLUG
the fuel pump is working.
I uninstalled the whole carburetor cleaned it replaced rubbers, but the engine does not start.
what should I do?

Initially and since there is spark, then it would appear to be a fuel delivery/starvation issue (most likely) or a combustion chamber problem (least likely). Proposed preliminary tries (if have not been done):

  • • remove the whole air box (not just the filter);
  • • attempt to start again but with your palm covering the carb mouth;
  • - determine if their is strong suction;
  • - check if your palm would get wet with fuel;
  • • consider a compression test or better yet, a leak down test.
