This bike/model is primarily geared for offroad use hence the sprocket/gear number of teeth are meant for low speed/high power (torque).
If after speed, change the sprocket/gear number of teeth/ratio.
No, to my understanding there is no electronic/RPM limiter.
Bike's speed (not engine RPM) can be made to go change by increasing or decreasing the number of teeth as above posted.
Other than the dealer, unfortunately no.
Even in my country, we have to order parts from the dealer.
