Hi Derek and welcome to JustAnswer,

Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...

Initially, proposed preliminary checks (a review of the basics) (if have not been done):

  • • remove all spark plugs and check (note) condition / burn color of each spark plug's inner ceramic tip;
  • - spray the insides of the cylinder very lightly with WD40;
  • - soak overnight the insides of the cylinder with 2-T oil;
  • - manually but cautiously attempt to turn the motor.

All other cleaning, checks, all fluid replacement soon as the engine is able to turn on its own smoothly.

This would include cleaning of throttle bodies particularly soaking and cleaning of the injectors, fuel pump/filter, fuel path.

It would be a good idea to document through pictures actions taken, parts position/location including which plug to what cylinder, wire/connector to where and all other details.
