Customer Question

hazard lights will not turn off on*****bob
JA: Sometimes things that you think will be really complicated end up being easy to fix with a motorcycle. The Motorcycle Mechanic I'm going to connect you with knows all the tricks and shortcuts. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: i have tried holding both switches but hazards will not turn off
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself?
Customer: yes
JA: Great! What have you tried so far?
Customer: holding both switches at same time with motor on and off
JA: Is there anything else the Motorcycle Mechanic should be aware of about your motorcycle?
Customer: no
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Motorcycle Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Hi and thank you for your question.

Typically this is nothing more than the battery in your fob remote has gone dead. Look at the edge of your remote and find the spot where you can pry it apart. Then either test for voltage or replace the battery.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Thanks
