Initially, I understand that "... lights on in neutral...". Proposed preliminary tries (if have not been done):

  • • attempt to start with the clutch lever pulled in and the side stand folded up;
  • • check/clean/exercise/bypass (for test purposes) the OFF/RUN switch.
