The key fob has a new battery, the bike is on a tender. The head light comes on and is warm, the directional blinkers come on but it will not start. 09 Harley Heritage.

what does "will not start" mean?

- starter in inop?

- starter cranks engine, engine does not start up?

Every electeical system works but will not turn on when run button pushed

- with the ignition on, check for a GROUND on the STARTER RELAY SOCKET with the Tan/Gn wire.

- measure the battery voltage under the following conditions:

ignition OFF.

ignition ON.

- with the start button depressed.

I don't see any tan or green wires.

on the STARTER RELAY SOCKET there are 4 wires.

one wire is tan with a green stripe (tan/gn).

remove the starter relay from the socket and measure the resistance from that pin socket to ground.
