Your bike doesn't have a oil temperature gauge in stock configuration so I may be misunderstanding your question. It has an ambient air temperature gauge but it is a different scale than the numbers you mention. I assume your looking at the oil pressure gauge.

The oil pressure gauge should read between 30 and 38 psi at 2000 RPM when the bike is hot.
