I have a 08 Polaris 800 sportsman than the fan is not coming

hello I have a 08 Polaris 800 sportsman than the fan is not coming on and it is overheating I jumped the fan and it comes on and also replaced sensor in motor does it have a breaker or relay that you might could tell me where its located

Initially, proposed preliminary tries (if have not been done):

  • • check the connections of the:
  • - fan motor ground line;
  • - yellow/black wire from the ECU to the fan relay's #86 terminal;
  • - red/white wire from the ignition to the fan relay's #85 terminal;
  • - red wire from the fuse block to the fan relay's #30 terminal;
  • - orange/black wire from the fan relay to the fan motor.
  • • check/reset the 20 AMP circuit breaker located inline with the red wire from the fuse block;
  • • check/replace the fan relay located next to the ECU..
