Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...Initially, proposed preliminary try (if have not been done) is to attempt start again with the side stand folded up and check for the presence of spark.
While the sparkplug is removed, determine if there is fuel getting inside the combustion chamber.
Please post back results / observations of the above once done.
All other tests would require the use of a multi-meter.

I understand that there is IGN+12.5 at the red/black wire. Please also check for pulsating voltages at the other wires of the ignition coils; orange, gray/red, orange/green and gray/green when attempting to start.
