Start by checking if any power is getting to the starter solenoid when you push the starter. Check fuses near left instruments and two relays under the seat. Swap the relays and try it again. Check for a loose plug on the solenoid relay. Check solenoids ground.
Fuel pump should run briefly when you turn on the key.
Check side stand switch operation.
You will need a multimeter to trace the power loss.
The computer runs some of the functions but it might be something
simple too. Battery needs to hold up well under drain also.
