Initially, if the torque converter covered is not in place and the ignition switch was cycled; then the Engine Brake Control system would momentarily engage, learn the current condition and would sense that drive belt failure system has been enabled/drive belt failure detected (even falsely). The engine brake actuator would now operate erroneously.
