Thank you for the additional information.
Without seeing it and based on what you replaced logic dictates that the two gears on the output shaft. The combination is 3rd output and 5th output. When you inspect the gears look for rounding on the dogs. Compare the leading and trailing edges. If it isn't sharp they should be replaced as a pair.
