Hi and thank you for your question.After seeing the movement of the sheave in your video, I suspect the splines on the inside of the sheave are worn to the point of needing to be replaced. The final confirmation of that theory would be removing the sheave from the shaft and inspecting them. I suspect you are going to find wear and the presence of aluminum dust where the splines have been wearing away.Upon reassembly, make sure the proper torque is applied to the nut responsible for holding that sheave on the shaft.If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.Thanks,RSRBOB
