Hi and welcome to JustAnswer, Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only... Initially, proposed preliminary checks (if have not been tried) with the use of a multi-meter on:• when attempting to start-low pulsating voltage from the white/red wire of the pulser coil;- high pulsating voltage from the brown/white wire of the exciter coil;- pulsating voltage on the orange wire of the ignition coil.• and passive test of the- STOP switch;- ENGINE STOP switch;- thermo sensor. The described "...led in dash intermittent..." almost always is a cold solder and/or a loose connection issue. However, the prescribed approach is a replacement of the multi-function meter. What is concerning is that there were a n umber of variants of this part. Please post back how you would want to approach this and/or should additional information be needed.
