I just got a 2001 aprilia falco 1000 and it ran fine, but I went to start it the second time and it was out of gas. Now it flashes EFI and will not start the battery is good and it is full of fuel, but all I hear is a click under the seat and that's it.

then connect the meter leads to it, set the meter to check dc voltage, & please take these readings for me;
