CycleTechChick :

Hey there! My name is XXXXXXX XXX I'm going to help you out with your question today. Give me just a moment so I can review all the information.

CycleTechChick :

What size Shadow do you have?

CycleTechChick :

If you can give me which model Shadow you have, the 600, 750, or 1100, I'd be more than happy to get you the proper torque specs for the wheels.

CycleTechChick :

If you are not sure which size you have, just give me the VIN number/frame number and I can find out for you.

Customer :

VT1100C Sound right?

CycleTechChick :

Yes indeed....that means it's an 1100 cc engine. Give me just one moment and I'll find the specs for you.

CycleTechChick :

43 lb-ft on the front axle nut and 65 lb-ft on the rear axle nut. Are these the specs you were needing?

Customer :

Yes mam Thx

CycleTechChick :

You're very welcome.

Customer :

Hey you ought to think about doin this for a living lol...
