more info- my 2008 flhx is a nonabs bike, the stock bike has red turn signals the remained llit while running and intensitfy from brake and turn signals- I test abot 6.4 volts and 12 volts with a digital meter on the righrt side - but it will not illumiate the bulb- on the left I get 7.4v and 13.0 volts-

Hi
Welcome to JustAnswer

As the light comes on works with the alarm it must be grounded so it may well be that the alarm is not isolated from bleed-back because of a blown diode where it connects to that indicator
Therefore the alarm could be using most of the amps & not leaving enough to power that lamp

The diode will be part of the alarm unit unless it is an aftermarket alarm

This is the only plausible explanation

Good Luck
