Hello my name is Kenny

This model goes into a "self-check" mode when the key is first turned on, then they should go out, (basically it performs that to let you know that the lights are working as they should) Your fuel gauge has a problem with the floats that are located on the sensor that is in the fuel tank. What usually happens is the floats on the sensor get saturated with fuel and then won't float anymore, it usually requires a new sensor to fix that problem. I have had people in the past take the sensor out and then let it dry out so to speak and they will start working again as they should, however its usually a short time until they take on fuel again and will not float anymore.

The factory has changed the material so that they don't do that,

Let me know if this helps and if you have any further questions please reply.

Thanks Gary !

Kenny

noI mean when im using ski and it will flicker spuratically off and on off and on, maybe stay on for awhile and maybe just turn off. It also takes me awhile when ya go to start it when ya push in start button it wont even turn on until ya get the handlebars to a certain area and it kicks on. Im thinking it might have something to do as a group thing? Thats what im trying to figure out.

Thanks Gary for the accept, get me your HIN (hull number) so I can see exactly what you have, I'll take a look at the diagram and give you my best shoot at where your problem might lie.
