dose it feel like a miss in the engine so it does not rev out. or it bogs like a fuel issue?

Customer replied 400 days and 8 hours ago.

The safety is the issue, accelerate too far from the safety switch and the rpms get cut off. I'd like To bypass the safety for when I ride it

their is no limiter on this unit other than the throttle stop. polaris has a ETC in the throttle for a stuck throttle that will cut out when the cable is stuck and the throttle lever is released. the black gray wire to the throttle housing needs to be jumped to by pass that safty device.

on the connector coming to the throttle. disconnect it and jump the gray wire to the black wire on the harness side of the connector.
