Welcome,
Please work with me to get the answers you need.

Did you clean the flywheel and the pickup
coil? Pickup coil has white and white/red wires.

The pickup coil i mentioned is near the flywheel.
Is that the one you referred to?

If you have power to the ignition coil
then it should spark unless the coil
is shorted out by the kill switch or
ignition switch.

If you have replaced most items then
the pickup coil on the flywheel
is a possible problem.

Have you checked or replaced that pickup coil?

If you get power from the CDI to the
coil then it sounds like the coil
is not firing. Is it grounded well?
Do you have another coil to try?
Can you give me the color of the coil wire
you have power on?
Check plug cap and plug also.

Do you have a multimeter to check the
ignition coils resistance (ohms)?

The ignition coils blue wire should only
have power when you crank the engine.
Can you get a voltage reading from it?

---

Customer replied741 days ago.

yes what should the ohms be what setting

Check the primary coil wire (smaller)
for a .03 ohms reading to ground.

Check the secondary spark plug wire
for 6300 ohms. This reading may
be over 10000 ohms with the spark plug
cap on.
Compare the old coil readings to the new one also.
