Fuel is burning in the manifold after leaving the cylinder. Bad plugs or plug wires, too rich a fuel mixture, or overworking the engine with too heavy a load.

If the fuel is burning in the manifold, what must I do. I just changed the plugs and if its too rich a fuel mixture, how do i weaken it?
