HiCustomer

I don't know how much information you need, so I'll just start with the basics.

Order up your sleeves (try LA Sleeve, they have sleeves for most bikes). Remove your cylinder. The old sleeves are sweated out and the new ones installed. Then they are then bored to match the new pistons. This all needs to be done at a machine shop being it's requires special tools and skills.

To remove your cylinder you will need a shop manual and basic hand tools. To install it you will need ring compressors and a torque wrench.

That's the basics. Obviously it is much more involved that that so just ask any detailed questions you have and I'll get those answered for you.
