Hello, a couple questions: what engine size? and why changing balancer and.. what is you question about the balancer?

I'm having problems removing the old one. I remove the bolt but getting the balancer off is the problem.

Hello, if the balancer is stuck spray the inside with a good rust penetrant like PB blaster, not WD40, and hammer the face some with a rubber mallet. If the mallet and spray does not loosen it you will need to use a 3 jaw puller.
