Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The same fusible link powers the seat, amplifier and power windows. If there was no power from it then you'd have no sound and the windows would not work, neither of which were mentioned. Is the power seat the only thing that isn't working?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

Correct , the power seat is the only thing not working . Sounds like my problem may be the seat moter

It's going to take some electrical testing to know for sure what is going on. The problem could be the motor, switch or a wiring issue. The first thing that should be done is use a test light to check for power and ground at the motor when pressing the seat switch. If there is power and ground but the motor doesn't attempt to move then it is bad.
